Opening hours

Monday to Friday: 10am–6pm. Saturday: noon–8pm. Sunday: closed. Opening hours are in Cayman Islands time (UTC−5). All booking times are shown in Cayman Islands time (UTC−5).

Arriving for your treatment

Please arrive 15 minutes before a spa appointment. For home visits, have your treatment space ready and share any parking or access instructions.

Late arrivals, or delays in being ready for a home visit, may shorten your treatment so that other clients' appointments are not affected.

Home-visit travel fees

  • No travel fee: George Town, Savannah, West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.
  • Bodden Town: CI$10.00.
  • North Side and East End: CI$25.00.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment and no fee applies.

Standard policy: cancellations within 12 hours incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. No-shows are charged 70% of the scheduled service price.

Arcadian subscribed members: a late cancellation within 12 hours may incur a CI$10.00 service fee. The first late cancellation within a one-month period is waived; subsequent late cancellations in the same month are charged normally. A late cancellation does not use an included membership session. A no-show without notice counts as one used session.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require advance payment for future bookings. Management may make exceptions for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Securing your booking

A credit card is required to be kept on file to secure all bookings. Our team will explain the secure process; please do not enter card details in the booking notes or send them by email or WhatsApp. Treatment payment is arranged in person at your appointment.
