Your included sessions
Each included session is valid for 90 days from the billing date when it was issued. Unused sessions may roll over within that period. Transfer a session to family or friends without changing its original treatment, duration or expiry date.
A late cancellation does not use an included session. A no-show without notice uses that session once.
Submit membership cancellation in writing through Arcadian's designated membership contact channel. Cancellation stops future periods; eligible paid sessions already issued remain available until their original expiry dates.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has begun and benefits have been issued. Management may consider duplicate payments, incorrect charges, administrative errors, unavailable services, exceptional circumstances or legal requirements.
